CHILD entries from forms

Hi Community

Looking at a process to collect information using two forms - the first form collects fundamental information (eg requestor, dept, LM). This form triggers a second (using 'send the user to url option) that collects more detailed, specific information (eg purchase item details for request No.1). This second form then uses the 'reload form' option so they can add specific information again about a different purchase they want to make at the same time. Does anyone know if there is any way to making these additional, repeated entries as CHILD rows to the information in the first form, in the sheet?

    Hi @RayB

I hope you're well and safe!

Yes, it's possible, and I recently developed something similar for a client.

If a similar method would work in your case depends on your specific process.

Can multiple people submit the form at the same time?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Hi Andree - it is envisaged that the process, in each instance, it would be that the person that completed the first form would also complete the 'line item' forms. Different people could run their own instance, so whoever completes the first form would also complete the second form(s).
