Form Access
I would like to send out a form to our external people from my company to obtain some information. I updated the security settings on the form to" "NOT require people to log into Smartsheet to access the form."
When I sent the link out to my personal email it asked : "Try Smartsheets for Free" or "I already have an account". If I select "Try Smartsheets for Free". I have to put in my email address. Is this the expected behavior? I was hoping for form would just open up and not require an email address.

No, that doesn't sound like the expected behavior.
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

How are you accessing the form link? If you are clicking on the link from a mobile device and you already have the Smartsheet App downloaded, it may automatically prompt you to open the form in the mobile App (which would require a login, to access the app not the form).
However, users who do not have Smartsheet accounts and who do not have the app downloaded to their phone should be able to open this in a browser app without needing to log in.
Could this be what you're experiencing? If not, can you show screen captures of where you see the "Login" prompt?
