is there a way to block or reject specific email addresses from being entered on a form? For context, we use the form for our facility maintenance requests, and I would like to restrict it to company emails only, while also blocking a handful of specific company email addresses

Is there anyway that I can block a field unless the user fill out properly? Context: I have a field in my form where the user should complete with the name of the file, but this name should not have spaces between it. If you need spaces between, you should use hyfen or underscore. (e.g. "map_of_brazil-flyer-english").

Is there a way to send an email to a sheet and have it create a new row?
I am looking for a way if possible to create a rule in my outlook that could forward emails to a sheet and have them appear as new rows.
