We have two forms where data is being submitted but it is not transferring to the Smartsheet grid.
Something is amiss. We have received submissions from two Smartsheets where the data is not transferring. One sheet has 14 submissions and the other has 18 submissions. Where's the data? Is it lost for good or is it just out there in the data sphere looking for a place to go?
This is the first time that we have encountered this problem so we are all a bit surprised by this glitch.

On the sheet that the form is attached to, take a look at the activity log (this icon)
It might give you some clues. If the rows have been deleted you may also have the option to request a copy of the sheet prior to the deletion.
