Excel have Conditional formatting option for highlight the duplicate values. Does this currently exist as an option for Smartsheets or could this be added?

Customize "someone has mentioned you in a comment" email
Hi, The automatic email that comes when someone tags you in a comment could be opened for customization to include other fields from that row. It would be helpful in case there are other workflows that modify the row (e.g. moving it to a different sheet). Thanks.
