I would like be able to search for users without having to know which group that they belong to.
Licensed Smartsheet users should be able to run reports to show users of their groups like the user list report admins can run. So they can see what users are in their groups and how many sheets they own.

It would be great to have a way to format cells to a specific set of numbers/symbols. For US social security numbers, they are always formatted the same (i.e. 123-45-6789). By not allowing that formatting, it creates just a long thread of numbers and it's hard to tell if someone has accurately entered the correct number.
