Is there a way to hide the activity log from users or limit the view? We make changes to Project Plans especially in the beginning where we don't want a client to see it. It could raise a lot of questions and concerns.

Hi all, I have a project sheet which is connected to jira. Everytime the connector gets updated some of the rows that i have arranged/sorted get moved in smarsheet. Linking the text in a cell to a document
If I have a PO # that occurs in multiple cells. Is there a way to link the PO# text to the actual document? I don't want to link the cell to another sheet. I want to link the PO# text to the actual PO document. So a team member can simply click on the link to view the PO.

Smartsheet App log-out/time-out
In case a mobile device is accidentally left in a public place, is there an option within the Smartsheet app that could time-out a login? Also, is there a way that a username/password cannot be saved, for this same purpose? Thanks - Dan
