Expanding a line and losing any lines beneath it.
On my Entresto PPEP 2016 Sheet-- When I expand line 46, everything beneath it is lost. How do I fix this?? Thanks!

Select "No Background" in conditional Formatting
I want to clear the background of a specific cell when it is set to a specific value. 160 character limit in field (used for sms)
Is is possible to set a l60 character limit to a field? The reason for this is that we collect texts from users (mostly by web form) that we will use for sms, but usually they write more than 160 characters which leads to extra work.
