My Smartsheet Contacts sometime display as email, and sometimes as name??
Some of my contacts display as their email address and others will show the name. I would like them all to display the name in the sheet. Is this possible?

Corresponding with External contacts
Is there a way to correspond to an external contact in Smartsheets through the comments without sharing the sheet? We'd like to keep communications in Smartsheets, but we don't want to always share the sheet with a contact. Is this possible, or do we always have to share the entire sheet with whoever we @ in the comments?
