I have created a very simple alert to alert me when anything changes on a sheet. But, changing data is not triggering the alert. Are alerts down?

Notifications Not copying with sheets
Hi All, I have been having an issue since Friday when I save sheets as new, I receive an error that the sheet was copied but the notifications weren't. Is anyone else having this issue? I submitted a support request a couple days ago with no response. Thanks, Brooke

Automated Workflows Not Quite There

Masked link in email notifications?
We use Update Requests a fair amount on our team. Sometimes in the body of the email I want to include a link to a Smartsheet Item like a Dashboard or an external item like a separate reference document. I have not yet found a way to do this attractively - I end up having to send the big, long, ugly URL. Thoughts?

How to stop due date reminders once task has been completed
HI- We use Smartsheet for tasks that need to be completed by several people. We currenlty have reminders set up for due dates (both 5 days before due date and past due date). Is there a way to NOT send the reminder if the task has been completed/the 'Date Completed' field has a date in it?

Enable Ability to Brand Alerts
Often times emails missing a distinct brand or identity tied to the company you work are overlooked. Will Smartsheet add more customization options to alerts so that we can brand them. We think making something identify with our company would prevent oversight.
