i am new to smartsheet and using it to keep track of inventory across multiple locations which have different contacts by location.  What is the best method to send a scheduled listing of assigned assets to each contact owner.  Would like them to only see their assets and be able to change the location if they no longer have this asset.

    Hi,

    Welcome to the Community and the wonderful world of Smartsheet!

    Is it crucial that they shouldn't be able to see anything else than there own assets?

    If it's not, I'd recommend creating a current user report and send out a scheduled report which they can open and update as needed.

    Depending on how many assets it is per contact, it could also work with automated update requests. They will only see the information in the requests and nothing else.

    Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])

    Would any of those options work?
