Build questions in a form based on rows, not columns

Either/Or Dependencies?
I want to be able to use a dependency like "either/or" instead of "and" ie: Task 3 can start after either Task 1 or Task 2 is finished, but does not require both tasks to be done. Is this possible?

Reload does not ask to save changes!!!!! All lost
I just made a heap of changes to a sheet then had to reload as this included copying a row from another sheet I had open n another window. However, when I reloaded it lost all the changes as I had not saved not did it ask me if I wanted to save as part of the reload. Let's do it all again!
