I need to use several sets of the same questions with some minor changes and it would be great to just copy them than designing them from the scratch ... ampersand symbol in Smartsheet form emails
When collaborating and/or leveraging forms with email confirmation, if/when the title of the form contains the ampersand symbol, it errors when the email is received by the end user. An enhancement can be made to enable the product to be able to send emails from Smartsheet without a character error.

Date format reverting to US settings in form builder (I'm in NZ) - but not for all forms
