Hello Smartsheet world. My supervisor is tragically leaving me before she was able to get another license for our team. She is trying to forward me the license itself but it is not showing up in my inbox, has anyone run into this before? thanks so much.

Automated Response on License Requests
Since we, as Admins, cannot turn off the Updated User Requests, can there be a way to create an automated response with information on the policy our company has developed for obtaining a Smartsheet license? This could include any links to a request form with built-in approval automation. Thanks
