We are currently on the legacy collaborator plan. A few weeks ago, we suddenly started getting "Request for Smartsheet license" emails. It seems as if users are able to request a license through the application.
We have Account Discovery turned OFF and our Custom Upgrade Screen is NOT Enabled and there is no link to a page.
How do we turn whatever feature it is that allows users to request a license through the application and STOP these emails going out to System Admins? And how do I make sure it stays off when we migrate to USM?
