Conditions of filtered view
It would be very useful to be able to have variable conditions for filtered views. So when defining what you want to view, each criterion has the option of being a "must meet" condition or "desired" rather than all criteria being one or the other. Like a and/or option per criterion.

Multiple calendar dates in single row
I have a production schedule that list the issue in the primary column and then column headings with due dates for several items throughout the production process.
