The recent release has caused an issue with export to Excel. Any empty cell in the Smartsheet isn't actually empty when exported to Excel - I've got a tracking spreadsheet which uses as part of a calculation a count of non-blank cells in a column and this has stopped working. The last Smartsheet export I took on 7th July…
We have five licensed users from three very different departments on our account. Is there a way for each of us to have our own contacts list? Currently, it pulls any/all email addresses and it would be helpful if we could each create our own. Also, is there a way to combine the "My Smartsheet Contacts" list with the ones…
Hi has anyone figured out how to perform an iterative process in smartsheet? I am trying to manage a construction budget through smart sheet and need to be able to use several iterative processes to get the correct total contract dollar amount. Thanks Doug
I need to create a formula that looks at two different date fields and produces the result as a check (or no check) in a checkbox field. The two columns are: "Date Requested" and "Date Received." Hi; I'm working on resource planning for our projects right now and wonder if there is a way of planning based on working hours or based on periods of 1/4 days (not only based on work days)? Or if not; do you have plans for implementing such functionality?
Can't see a way to do this yet... I want to create a project that lasts 24 hours. Individual tasks and to-dos need to be visible on the Gantt sheet in 5 minute blocks. At present I can't seem to zoom in any finer than one complete day. Is there a built in functionality here that can accomplish this?
I have a RYGG, Status and % Complete columns. The RYGG has a nested IF statement that takes its values from the Status cell. I manually enter data in the Status (In Progress, At Risk, ..., Complete) and the % Complete column (10%, 25%, 37%, etc.) I would like to know if there is a way that if I enter 100% in the % Complete…
