Is there a way that a person filling out a webform can "call up" the submitted form and make changes and resubmit?
To my knowledge no. But I have a useful workaround. You can add a checkbox column title "Revision" with a conditional formatting that would alert me to the revision.
Hi Y-- Stephanie is correct, we don't currently offer the ability to use web forms to edit existing rows. As an alternative, you could send the user an Update Request on the submitted row!
