Send Update Request - Button not Hyperlinked in JIRA ticket
Hi All, I use Send update request to email alias that automatically creates a JIRA ticket. However the Open Update Form Button - is not linked in the JIRA ticket description ? Any ideas how I can get the Update Form button to open ?

Restrict to List values only
I noticed when I create a drop down list for contacts and select "Restrict to list values only" it works great in the main sheet, but when I view the same column in a report it is not restricted to list values only. Submitting Product Enhancement Requests
I understand that by submitting a "Product Enhancement Request" it doesn't mean it will be actioned and even if it is, will materialize in the immediate future. I think that rather than it them seemingly disappear down a 'black hole' a published list and the status of requests would be useful.

Card view - by assigned to return Parent name only
I'd like to create a Card view by Assigned to in Compact view The card should be created only by "Parent" name and "Children" should be part of the information received when clicking the error for more details. Is is possible ?

i'm looking at whether to use survey monkey or smartsheet for a client survey. I'd like to be doing regular surveys so am thinking smartsheet. Has anyone used it for this purpose? What should I know before I start? Is it better than survey monkey? Thanks

User Changes Report
Is there a way to set up one report that shows all changes the user has made throughout any/all spreadsheets in smartsheet on a reoccurring basis (daily or weekly) ? *It would be helpful if the report showed the actual line item changes and not just the sheet link with username, date and time.
