Highlighting Individual Cells Based On Date
I am trying to figure out how to highlight a cell based on how the status of the "actual" column is in accordance with the "Baseline" column. Is there a formula or conditional formatting rule to implement that will automatically change the color of the cell to green or red to illustrate that it is ahead or behind schedule?

Copy and pasting from other sources - why is it so annoying
Example I am trying to add a new 'row' via card view, in the pop up edit form that appears, I then go to paste in some key data, such as an email address from an email, the person's name from an email. When I click click, the cells are empty, if i add a space after the pasted content, its ok. What gives?!

Drag and drop from Google Photos
Is there a way (or an add in) to drag or attach photos directly from Google photos to the attachment window in a sheet? I know I can upload from a Google drive but that requires me to save my photos to my drive. The other option is to save them to my computer. It's cumbersome to do that.

Why can't I merge data from 2 sheets onto 1
I'm trying to merge data from 2 sheets onto 1 sheet or even a report. I don't want to have duplicate rows w/ the same primary column though. I want all the data for the same Primary column value on each sheet to be merged into 1 row on the consolidated sheet/report. Why isn't this possible?
