I'm wondering if there's a way for me to receive an email from a colleague where they ask me to view/update/edit a sheet, click on the 'Open in Smartsheet' button, and have it open in the Smartsheet desktop app - NOT in my web browser? I would like to request that the most recent comment in the discussion function be able to be mirrored in a cell in that same row. This would allow us to quickly scan a sheet full of data and see what the latest comment is without switching views.

Help locking a column
I locked a column (im the admin). But somehow another user that has admin permissions as well was able to change a cell within the locked column. It erased the formula. Am I missing something? How do I make it to where I'm the only one that can change the cells in that locked column. Thanks in advance.

Countif - Want to count number of times a word appears, multiple then divide by a certain number
I'm creating a pricing sheet and need to use the countif formula. I am counting the number of times "High", "Moderate", "Low" appears in the column and times by 3, 2 or 1 then dividing it by the total count. For the sake of space, I named my column "G".
