I have a series of sub-tasks in minutes and hours but then the summary task shows the duration in days. It is frustrating to not be able to change that, is it possible or could that ability be added to change the duration display in summary tasks?

Hi Blake,
As you've found, duration in parent rows is displayed in days and there currently isn't a way to change this to another duration.
When you have a moment, submit a product enhancement request using the form under Quick links on the right of the community site to make our Product team aware of demand for this feature.
