I have one major sheet where I collect numerous datapoints. I created one dashboard with different widgets - one being numerous report widgets within based on the one major data sheet. I sent email to share my dashboard with numerous but they couldn't see any of the data within the report dashboard widget. Only way it seems to work if i had individuals to the major data sheet - which i'd rather not do. But if I have to I want to use a group list and not have it email inviting to the major data sheet. How do I work around this?
Probably better off publishing so they only have to bookmark a link. Have you tried that?
Anyway we can make this view only for security purposes? We would like to prevent users from sending responses to other users by accident.
I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
