I have a list of project numbers that I need to count, the issue is that the different people may be working on different areas of the same project so duplicates need to be automatically excluded.
Are you trying to count the names or the project numbers?
Hello,
There isn't built in functionality to identify or exclude duplicates. See this community post from January where another Community member has posted a workaround using a formula: https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/identifying-duplicates-with…
Check out this article from our Help Center for more information on creating formulas: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476171-create-and-edit-formulas-in-smartsheet

When you have a moment, please submit a product enhancement request to let our Product team know that you'd like the ability to automatically identify duplicates on a sheet. The product enhancement request form is located in the Quick Links section to the right of this discussion.

Here is a link to another post that should help you with this.

If you look at my comment on that post, you will see another link with a different variation of the same.
If you can give more details, I may be able to help with a more specific solution to your case.
I have a question about the new license model that is being discussed within my team. Currently, we have several sheets set for non-license internal people to login and update cells like date and packaging details. Those users have no need to change a column, add sheet details and by "my" definition "edit" the sheet, but…
Over the past 2 weeks, about 10 people have had a problem trying to submit different forms. I've walked them through the process and none of them did anything wrong. We've opened support tickets but nothing had been resolved. Anyone else having this problem?
Recently i have been seeing "Form Unavailable" show up on Forms taht have worked without issues for ages. I thought it might be connected to Table View, but I am not sure for certain. One is on a newly created form and the other is on a sheet that I converted to Table view, because we were hitting the 500K cell limit (so…
