Is there any way to create a report that checks all workspaces? For example I want to make a report that shows a project manager everything that is assigned to her. If I make the report today I need to manually select 8 workspaces. If I update the report it will probably grow to 16 workspaces. If I make reports for 20 project managers do i need to manually update the "Where" criteria every month? I'd like to avoid this if possible. I'm really just looking for a better way to let project managers manage their workload. This is step one. Step two is a report where the project manager can look at any assignement for others where they are the active project manager. Thanks for your suggestions!
Hi Mike,
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to include all workspaces and keep them updated with new ones, but it's a great idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
The easiest way that i've found is to have a naming convention so that it's possible to search and see all workspaces and then select all there.
If I understand you correctly report for the project manager to see all assignments for others is possible today.
I hope this helps you!
Have a fantastic weekend & Happy Holidays!

This just started today… For some reason, I can no longer edit fields in my Smartsheet. One I'm the owner of. I do see an icon in the upper right that says "Comment Only", but can't figure out how to change it. Here a screenshot of what I am seeing:
