Hello Community members,
I want to extend the start date of my project schedule(Gantt chart) by 2 weeks. I have no dependencies and I just want to statically push the dates for all tasks by 2 weeks. Can this be done in smartsheets.

Hi Neeraj,
In my experience without the dependencies you would have to do this manually (i could be wrong though if anyone knows a way to do this).
What I would do is create a date column next to your current one and formula it to add 14 to your current dates. Simply then copy and paste your new dates into your original date column. Ensure you select 'Paste Special' and then 'Values' so your formula does not carry across.
As above, this is the only way I can think to do it quickly unless anyone else knows another simpler way?

Anyway we can make this view only for security purposes? We would like to prevent users from sending responses to other users by accident.
I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
