Hi
I have a task list that has dates linked in from a separate calendar sheet. We have 12 calendars (1 per month) but only the 1 task list. Is there a way to change all the links in the task list to a new calendar sheet rather than one by one relinking each one?
Thanks
Hi Andrea,
Yes, there is. If you select the range of cells you want to link from and copy them and then without leaving the tab you're in, go to the sheet where you want the linked values and right click in the first cell of the range and select Paste Special and Links to copied cells.
Would that work?
Have a fantastic week and let me know if you have any questions!

It will paste the same range as you copy. If you copy ten cells, it will paste ten cells, and you only need to select the starting cell.
Did you get it to work?

This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?

I have paid for a Pro subscription, I am the owner and administrator of my account and sheets, and I have confirmed I am logged into the correct account. Despite this, Smartsheet is not recognizing my Pro subscription, and I am unable to…
