We are currently having issues with lines being overwritten when more than one team member is entering information into a sheet at the same time. Anyone else experiencing these issues?
Hi Emerus,
This thread might help: https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/smartsheet-not-saving-consistently
I hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!

The thread didn't really help. We sometimes have 3 to 4 people in the same sheet at one time entering data on new rows, but this just started happening during the last week.
Ok.
Has something changed that you're aware of?
If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team. Smartsheet Support Team
Nothing has changed that I can think of. We have also had issues of columns being hidden without someone hiding it.
Have you checked the Activity Log?
The activity log would show you who did what. Also, we've seen that same issue from time to time and have defaulted to using a form to enter rows rather than having people work simultaneously in the same sheet. If you submit from a form you won't ever overwrite another form submission.
I would suggest a combination of both.
Activity log to see how the column got hidden and forms for the data entry to avoid overlap.
Yes, I agree with bot Mike and Paul that forms are an excellent way to avoid the issue.
Can a single destination column support multiple column links coming from different source sheets to populate different rows within the column, as well as allow formulas or manual data entry in other rows in that same column? I have different sheets (A, B, C) where teams document their capacity month to month. Each month…
I'm trying to update a workspace logo with a 77 KB PNG file, but the logo isn't changing. I've already logged out and back in, and checked multiple times.
When using automation to request for update, how can I know when the form was updated? One way is to compare timestamps, but Smartsheet only have the default Modified timestamp and Automation Record Date only captures the Date value.
