Hello everyone,
Bit of a strange one. I have a master list of parent rows each having several children rows. For some reason the order of children rows is changing. I have checked the activity log and no one is editing it and there is no conditional formatting so I have no idea why it is happening. If anyone has any help or advice that would be fantastic thank you.

Is anyone sorting? If you sort a sheet with parent and child rows, the children rows will sort themselves (possibly reordering depending on the sort criteria) underneath of the parent rows but the parent rows could potentially stay in the same order if they are already sorted.

I did think the first time it may have been a sort on the main column as it had seemed to be every parent, but after re sorting it seems to still be happening on individual parent rows, there doesn't seem to be an order to it. From what I can tell also no one is using filters. Is there anything else it could be?

So I already have an automation set up to create a row on a destination sheet if the customer's name matches a certain criteria. When it creates this row on the destination sheet it also adds the attached document that is added to the parent sheet. What we are needing to happen is - later there is additional attachments…

During a session with Smartsheets, the agent accidentally deactivated the wrong account. I freaked out and purchased the annual license by hitting the "upgrade" button. Smartsheets took my $685, but I still can't use my sheets. I can see them all, just can't access them. How do I reactivate them? TIA
