Hello
We have multiple automations set that are working and we are receiving the reminders but for some reason for this specific automation we are not receiving the reminder. Is it because the row is being moved instantly?
Hi Emma,
You asked if the row was being moved instantly... do you have a second, separate workflow set up to move the row on these conditions as well? If so, then yes, the alert isn't able to send because the row that it is referencing no longer exists in this sheet.
Instead of having separate workflows, you can add the "Move Row" action within this same workflow at the very bottom, after the two alerts, as the last action. Does that make sense?
Cheers!
Genevieve

This used to work…
