Since Monday (6/14/2021) we have not been able to submit forms to our critical sheet. I have 3 cases with smartsheet and they have not responded. Does anyone have a more direct way to get in touch with support?

What Smartsheet plan do you have? If you check your account, there might be a specific support number you can call.
What happens? Do you get an error message?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
