Re: Bridge - ServiceNow Integration with ServiceNow Access Control List
This is a known limitation with Smartsheet Bridge when integrating with systems that enforce IP-based ACLs. The 'aws.relay.smartsheet.com' endpoint does not resolve to a stable or fixed IP address, as Bridge traffic originates from dynamic AWS-managed infrastructure by design. Because of this, resolving the DNS record and whitelisting the resulting IPs is not supported and will lead to intermittent failures. Smartsheet cannot provide static IPs or IP ranges for Bridge. The recommended and supported workaround is to introduce a customer-managed proxy or API Gateway with a static IP address that can be whitelisted in ServiceNow. Bridge then communicates with the proxy, and the proxy forwards requests to ServiceNow, allowing ACL requirements to be met without compromising security.

Re: [UPDATED 2025] Start Your Community Customer Journey Here!
Hello @Rebecca S. How much is the time gap required to be a "Counselor" from a "Contributor", and then from "Counselor" to "Leader"?
Re: [UPDATED 2025] Start Your Community Customer Journey Here!
@Rebeca S. Do we get Swag at every level we climb?
Re: [UPDATED 2025] Start Your Community Customer Journey Here!
@Rebeca S. If I may ask, How much time?, it's killing my enthusiasm.
Re: [UPDATED 2025] Start Your Community Customer Journey Here!
I already have points and posts qualifying for a ambassador level. but why my level still shows Observer?
Re: Can "Viewers" download/export sheets?
@Katie White Yes. Under Smartsheet’s User Subscription Model (USM), a user designated as a Viewer can generally download/export (e.g., to Excel) any sheet they have been shared to with Viewer permission - even if they are unlicensed.
Re: Dashboard Chart - Axis number formatting
@ThuyTran Smartsheet’s Chart widget doesn’t have a setting to explicitly format axis tick numbers as “financial” (e.g., force x,xxx, xxx with commas). The axis numbering is largely inherited/auto-generated from the source data formatting, and customization is limited to things like axis titles/label styling and tick marks - not number-format rules for the axis itself.
What you can try:
- Ensure every cell in the source column is consistently formatted (same currency/decimal/thousands settings). One differently-formatted cell can cause the widget to fall back to a different display.
- If commas still don’t appear, a common workaround is to scale the values in a helper column (e.g., divide by 1,000 or 1,000,000) and label the axis title as “($K)” or “($M)”. (This doesn’t add commas, but makes the axis readable.)
- If you need exact axis formatting, it’s typically a feature request / enhancement area because direct axis value controls are limited.
If this helps please mark it a solution.
Re: I cannot seem to cross reference a sheet to another sheet and im going insane
@Anwar COUNTIFS works cross-sheet only if both {ranges} are column ranges of the same size (select the full columns when creating the cross-sheet references) and you use straight quotes. If “Complete” is a checkbox, use 1/TRUE instead of "Complete".
Use one of these:
=COUNTIFS({RE Projects Counter Column}, "Counter", {RE Projects Status Column}, "Complete")
or (if Complete is a checkbox)
=COUNTIFS({RE Projects Counter Column}, "Counter", {RE Projects Complete Checkbox Column}, 1)
If this helps please mark it as a solution.
