Based on your feedback, we've redesigned our Customer Journey to be clearer than ever. We want to celebrate your contributions and help you take advantage of everything the Community has to offer, so we've outlined the updated journey available to you through our programs and ranks below:

- Community Customer Programs - Ready for more? Once you’ve mastered the Community Ranks, apply to join our exclusive customer programs, starting with Community Champions.

1. Rank & Reward Program
Your community journey starts here! We love how you encourage and support one another, and this program is designed to recognize and reward that positive impact. Begin upleveling in Community by completing the Onboarding Checklist.
Your Rank
Your rank reflects how active you are in Community, and it is displayed as stars on your profile. There are six ranks, and as you climb up you unlock rewards, from exclusive invitations to private groups, surprise swag, access to virtual meetups, and new beta features and functionality.
⭐ Note: Once you reach the top-two ranks, Leaders and Ambassadors, you can also get considered for the Community Champions program. More on that in just a little bit!
Level Up
Ready to start growing? You level up within the Community by being an active participant, earning Points and Badges, and reaching key milestones.
Ways to earn points: Provide an answer to a question; engage with others by tagging them in a post; have your answer selected as a helpful solution and more!
Ways to earn badges: Earn badges by making positive contributions, joining groups, engaging on the Community platform, becoming certified or being a power user of the Smartsheet product.
Collect them all 😉: Review the Badges Dashboard to see all available badges - some are only available for a limited time so check back often!
Note: Many badges will be automatically assigned to you once you complete an action or set of actions, but you can also request a badge following these instructions:
- Make sure you're logged into the Community
- Click on the Badge that appears within another Community Member's profile or on the Badges Dashboard.
- On the Badge page, click the “Request This Badge” button
- In the window that appears, type a note to our team and click Send Request
Recognition
We love celebrating the amazing people that make up this Community:
- You'll have opportunities for being highlighted on our Weekly and Monthly Leaderboards on the homepage.
We also feature a Member Spotlight each month showcasing a member of the Community. Do you know someone in the Community who should be next month's Member Spotlight? Nominate them here.
2. Community Customer Programs
Once you’ve conquered the Rank & Reward program, you get the opportunity to apply for our exclusive Community Customer programs.
🏆 Community Champions
A Smartsheet Community Champion is a member who demonstrates product expertise and generosity in sharing best practices and support with others on the platform. A new class is selected annually, and only Leaders and Ambassadors can nominate themselves. Learn more here.
⚡Overachievers
Smartsheet Overachievers are an elite group of customers who have a passion for achieving the seemingly impossible and helping others do the same. Applications open annually, and you must participate in a series of approved activities to be eligible. Learn more here.

Participating in other Smartsheet customer programs helps to further increase your rank within Community and improves your chances of becoming an Overachiever:
