In one sentence - How would you explain Smartsheet to a newbie?

Smartsheet allows multiple users to work within a sheet at same time without having to raise your hand and wait your turn.

Smartsheet is the friend you never knew you needed…literally has a tool for every job!

Great question! The one skill I’d like to improve is the ability to be more understanding rather than always trying to be understood.

Time-based reasoning is the skill I'm eager to develop

I'd like to improve my skills as a solution architect to better align people and processes.
