If someone's computer is too old or it breaks, I help them get a new one. I also answer questions about computers and other electronic things
Re: May Question of the Month - Join the conversation and receive a badge
In the wizard of oz, it turns out there is a person behind the curtain. I happen to be the wizard's assistant. I am usually hovering nearby with my own set of screens, buttons and levers to ensure anyone in the kingdom is able to buy our products.

This is such a cool question… I had to consult Blippi for help… so here's my explanation… in my best Blippi voice
🎉 "Hey kids!! It’s me, Marcé!
🎶 Wooooow! Today, I’m gonna tell you about something SUPER COOL I do every day—are you ready?! LET’S GO!! 🚀
🎩 So imagine this... you have a BIG pile of toys and you’re trying to build the BEST playroom ever!! But uh-oh! 😱 The toys are all over the floor, and you don’t know where to start! That’s when I come in! 🛠️
I’m like a SUPER HELPER who uses a magical computer tool called Smartsheet—can you say Smartsheet? S-M-A-R-T-S-H-E-E-T! 🎉
📋 It’s kind of like a giant, talking checklist that helps grown-ups get their work done faster! I show people how to keep their blocks in one place, their crayons sorted, and their games in order—so they can build BIG things and never lose pieces! 🧱🎨🎮
🎯 Soooo… if someone says, ‘I don’t know what to do next!’ I swoop in and say, ‘Don’t worry! I’ve got a Smartsheet for that!!’ 💪✨
And just like that—BOOM!—everything is easy, fun, and in the right place!
High five, friends! 🖐 See you next time for more Smartsheet adventures!"

Re: Group function in reports is sorting alphabetically rather than by date sort
Try this.
=IF([Projected Start]@row <> "",
IF(MONTH([Projected Start]@row) = 1, "01 January",
IF(MONTH([Projected Start]@row) = 2, "02 February",
IF(MONTH([Projected Start]@row) = 3, "03 March",
IF(MONTH([Projected Start]@row) = 4, "04 April",
IF(MONTH([Projected Start]@row) = 5, "05 May",
IF(MONTH([Projected Start]@row) = 6, "06 June",
IF(MONTH([Projected Start]@row) = 7, "07 July",
IF(MONTH([Projected Start]@row) = 8, "08 August",
IF(MONTH([Projected Start]@row) = 9, "09 September",
IF(MONTH([Projected Start]@row) = 10, " 10 October",
IF(MONTH([Projected Start]@row) = 11, "11 November",
IF(MONTH([Projected Start]@row) = 12, "12 December")
Did it work?
