Re: What view are you? Share your story and claim your badge
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, I am mainly working in Table View. Since this does provide a real-time collaboration, it just makes sense for me. It's more efficient for me because there are a lot of moving parts and deadlines.

Re: Automation Trigger Help
Think it out:
You've got some of it: your trigger is "When a date is reached." That date is every single week, on specific days. So you'll need to make the run cadence Custom (as opposed to "Run once" that is the default for new automations - you can find the dropdown for that in the area of the automation your screenshot highlights with the arrow).
The next window is where you set the cadence. You've already established the cadence as every 1 week. Elsewhere in that window, you can choose which days to Repeat On.
Apologies for the giant screenshot; I am trying to change how I include it.
Good luck on your learning! Always exciting to see others embarking on the path!

Re: Backward timeline?
Thanks Kowal! I will need predecessors in this timeline.
I found a previous post that gave info a Workback Schedule that has helped. It's not as flexible as I'd like it to be but it's a start.
Re: Formula to return the EARLIEST DATE in an unbroken/consecutive sequence
Interesting one, try something like this:
=MIN(COLLECT([Date]:[Date], [Minimum Requirements Met]:[Minimum Requirements Met], "Yes", [Date]:[Date], >(MAX(COLLECT([Date]:[Date], [Minimum Requirements Met]:[Minimum Requirements Met], "No")))))
Re: AI Text and Summaries Column Formula
I like this idea. It seems like it could also be handled via the suggested AI column formula idea in this thread:

Re: Rich Text Widget Scroll Bar Change
We are also experiencing this issue. It's easy to accidentally scroll a widget into oblivion without noticing, which is creating problems for our teams working on busy sites who need to access information speedily. It can lead to important information being missed at critical times, and we'd appreciate if this was fixed very soon.
Re: Rich Text Widget Scroll Bar Change
The extra lines at the bottom that create a scroll bar are having a significant negative impact on our dashboards. The user experience and navigation are terrible and renders certain dashboard unusable.
Re: Filter
@ejacksonBPT In your filter use the following settings:
"Comment" "Does Not Contain" "Information Request"
I hope this helps!

Re: Send Dashboard via email - manually and automated workflow
Hi @Alvaro MECH, thank you so much for your support!! Smartsheet has been working on this for some time, and when I talked with them I gained a much better understanding of the complexity of providing us a solution to what seems to be a simple request. If the end solution looks like anything close to what we discussed, I expect folks will like it a lot.
Unfortunately timelines are not shared (understandbly so), so we need to continue to be patient. This feature request is specifically for Smartsheet dashboards. If you want to support this, you can Vote Up on the very first page of this forum, please go add your support. 😀
