In the wizard of oz, it turns out there is a person behind the curtain. I happen to be the wizard's assistant. I am usually hovering nearby with my own set of screens, buttons and levers to ensure anyone in the kingdom is able to buy our products.

As someone who leads our National Internship program, I would say, "I help people get jobs."

Gosh this was tougher than I thought! I would say that I measure if things are getting better or worse…..
