Since bridge workflows are usually highly customized, especially when using JavaScript, it would be very helpful to have a "Note section" for workflows. For example if I leave the company, it would be nice for me to put notes on how a workflow functions for the next person. This could save a lot of time for transitions.

Auto-Populate email address or business units tied to name or company ID on Intake Form. Then captures this info on the actual Smartsheet columns. This will save the users time, entering information on the form and also save the hassle of adding the sections for the Smartsheet admin.

It would be helpful if we could use the automation - workflow to trigger a Generate Documents - DocuSign but use the 'Save as Draft' option. Currently, we use the 'save as draft' feature as we need to add additional documents to the DocuSign envelop. However, it would save us time if the creating the draft in DocuSign could be automatically triggered in a workflow.

I have been copying rows in between two sheets (audit plan and audit summary), when the planned audit date is in the past, copy the row to audit summary sheet for the team to update the audit result; when the audit expiration date achieves, to copy the row back to audit plan sheet for the team to plan another audit before it's expired.

I don't need all the columns to be copied to the other sheets, it would be great if SMARTSHEET can create solution for me to only move the columns required. Currently, it's confusing for having too many unecessary columns and also I got to create automation to move the old data so that new data entries could be allowed. Not ideal!!!

I'd like to be able to copy certain columns between sheets without adding columns that don't exist on the target sheet. Sometimes I only need a few column data points to copy to another sheet, rather than every column that exists on the source sheet. For me dynamic view would not be an option.

This is needed, I get annoyed when something strange happened and the new row is 50 rows under the data. It needs to be allowed like forms, should be easy right 😝

I am starting to think submitting Enhancement Requests do us no good if basic features get brushed off and replaced by Someone's Agenda during their Enhancement or Executive Meetings.

#1 Question To The Enhancement Dept. - Why do we Submit Enhancement Requests if all you're going to do is ignore them?

This request has been on going between two pages since 2021 (see img below) with broken promises. 😫Smartsheets needs to realize that eventually people will get tired of waiting and take their $$ elsewhere.

I created a suite of Reports for our organisation without testing the Print capability (why would I need to do that?) 🙄

I have also logged a complaint about this issue and would like to see a resolution. Ability to print on paper and/or PDF while maintaining formatting seems like a fundamental feature.

My team uses a single sheet to store data for multiple suppliers. Due to data confidentiality we cannot share the source sheet to all the suppliers as one supplier should not see the other suppliers data. We create different reports out of this sheet and filter them by the respective suppliers. But when we share these reports, they turn up blank on the supplier end as they do not have access to the source sheet. We currently use report widget in the Dashboard to share these reports but it prevents us from getting inputs from the user. It would be really useful if we could share reports without actually sharing the source data.
