Re: Join the conversation on STEM education and help nurture the next generation of visionaries
The first woman that comes to my mind when it comes to inspiration and admiration has always been Marie Curie, she has left a great example of courage, passion, bravery and excellence. She was the first woman to win a Nobel Prize, in Physics, and with her later win, in Chemistry, she became the first person to claim Nobel honors twice.
There are not enough words to describe how wonderfully resilient she was to get all her achievements despite the thousands of adversities life thrown at her, many of these adversities were caused just for being a woman.

Re: What does it look like to operate at your peak? 💭 Join the conversation
I'm at my peak when I get to create a new streamlined process for a team that has been doing tons of manual and duplicate work (after coffee though). I love being able to come in and help them save time and do their work better. Knowing that I am saving them time and increasing collaboration inspires me to come up with new ideas that I can share to the next team.
I recharge by taking beach vacations with my wife, playing sports with my friends and spending time with my family.

Re: Join the conversation on STEM education and help nurture the next generation of visionaries
One woman in STEM who is a huge inspiration to me is Katherine G. Johnson.
Creola Katherine Johnson (née Coleman; August 26, 1918 – February 24, 2020) was an American mathematician whose calculations of orbital mechanics as a NASA employee were critical to the success of the first and subsequent U.S. crewed spaceflights. (credit to Wikipedia for these details)
You may remember part of her story as it was depicted in the movie "Hidden Figures" where she was portrayed by Taraji P. Henson. Pictured below is Katherine Johnson on the left and Taraji Henson on the right.
What a great inspiration that made for a wonderful movie!

I'm thankful for being able to create Dashboards. Being able to easily disseminate information visually at a high-level has benefitted my team and pyramid when it comes to tracking data, financials, and project work.
Re: Single Row Timeline
Single Row Timeline is a must have feature which Smartsheet does not have and MS Project have it. Come on Smartsheet! Please give us this very important feature.

Pass the mic 🎤 Community Champions
Community Champions are members who demonstrate product expertise and generosity in sharing best practices and support with others on the platform.
"One, don't be afraid to experiment and make it a group activity in Community. Try something out, you won't break anything. Second, don't be afraid to ask for help. There is a wealth of learning material out there and if that doesn't solve your problem, the Community has your back.”

Overachiever's Motivation Mix
The Smartsheet Overachievers are here to give you the songs that will keep you going and keep you achieving! Here’s what’s on the playlist right now.
“I love 80s music – in fact listening to an 80s channel as I write this! Take On Me gets you ready to shimmy your shoulders right from the start with the iconic drums and keyboard notes. Any chance to sing an extended falsetto note can’t be wrong. It’s just a great song to get pumped up for whatever thing it is you need pumping up for! Need to take on the day? Blast Take On Me!”

Zoom In
Please add a Zoom In feature! Excel (and the rest of Microsoft Office) has a bar at the bottom where you can zoom in or out.
I am often sharing my screen on virtual calls to show people Smartsheets. If I am using a large monitor and they are using a small laptop screen, the image is condensed and the text is hard to read. The only solution I have found in SS is to make the font 14+ points.
On Grid and Gantt view we really need in Zoom In ability.
