Re: October Question of the Month 💭 Join the conversation and receive a badge
I joined the Air Force right after high school. After serving 24 years, it was scary jumping into the civilian world. I could have comfortably served six more years, but felt it was the right time for me and my family. I actually moved to a city that was in my Top-3 of places I never wanted to live. But after 14 years, it was definitely the right decision.

Re: Data Shuttle not deleting rows
Yes. Data Table as opposed to a sheet makes a difference.

Re: Join the conversation on STEM education and help nurture the next generation of visionaries
I'm such a huge fan of Dr. Jane Goodall's lifelong work as a primatologist and conservationist. She seems like she knew who she was from a very young age, and didn't let any gender or economic barriers stop her from pursuing knowledge and change (and she still doesn't). Her connection to animals and what they can teach us feels so true to me as someone who also feels in conversation with them all the time.
The world and our ecosystem is very lucky to have Jane!

Re: How to collect multiple Successor values?
Hey @Jason.Darr
Yes, I believe you're correct - if there are multiple values in the cell then the formula won't be able to search for the rows individually to return the successors.
We can add that information to your formula, try this:
=IF(FIND(",", Successor@row) > 0, "Multiple", IF(Successor@row = "", "None", JOIN(COLLECT([Assigned To]:[Assigned To], Row:Row, HAS(Successor@row, @cell)), CHAR(10))))

Re: How do i share so people can edit?
Hi Gareth
I'm afraid a Pro license doesn't allow you to share to free collaborators. All editors on a Pro license also need a license.
See here (captured from Smartsheets Website):

Re: Countifs using greater than w/ date
Glad it's working for you.
There are a few ways to look for a blank date field.
One would be to change the > DATE(2022, 2, 15) to an = "" so that it equals empty quotes.
=COUNTIFS({2021 Tax Return Reconciliation Range 1}, "Person", {2021 Tax Return Reconciliation Range 2}, = "")
Another way is to use the ISBLANK function:
=COUNTIFS({2021 Tax Return Reconciliation Range 1}, "Person", ISBLANK({2021 Tax Return Reconciliation Range 2}))
And a third way is to use the NOT and ISDATE functions:
=COUNTIFS({2021 Tax Return Reconciliation Range 1}, "Person", NOT(ISDATE({2021 Tax Return Reconciliation Range 2})))
Re: Is there a way for @mentioning a user in Update Request comments?
Hey @T. Smith
There is actually a way to @mention users via Update Requests!
Since you're not working in the app itself, you won't be able to use their name to select a contact. Instead, type @ and then the email address in the Comment box. This will send an @mention notification to the email (as long as the email is shared to the sheet).
Cheers,
Genevieve

Re: Control Center Profile Data Not Populating
It definitely seems like you have been hard at work! For the one date pull: I self built our control center solution and attended the control center build instructor led course. The single date provision was something that was noted during the class.
I would still think that we should be able to get you to a better solution than this, as there is still so much self linked information. I would be happy to do a virtual call, where we can explore your sheets / solutions and see if we can't get this in better shape for you. If you want to schedule something, you can book on my calendar here: https://calendly.com/colleenpatterson/tcx-intro-call That link will schedule a 30 minute virtual session.
Re: Control Center Profile Data Not Populating
Thanks, @Colleen Patterson!
I have a Control Center Pro Desk session on Thursday. If they can't help me finish this build out, I'll certainly reach out :)
