This would be a very helpful feature. Oftentimes we want a row to be moved or copied to another sheet (and usually have an Automation set up to do this for us when a specific Condition is met), but we do not need all columns from the original sheet to move/copy over. This lends to our secondary sheet having unneeded data that we have to Hide. Being able to select which columns are actually moved/copied, would save time and make our secondary sheet more specific to its purpose.

What do you mean when you go to print, they dont show up? When i print reports with the ones i show in the examples in the post above this, they all show up in PDF's as you see them live. The only program that may show some of them differently is Excel, but we only use that program to create highly advanced metrics/dashboards for executives that Smartsheets is not capable of doing at this time.

Can you provide an example or explain what is happening so i can see if there is something i can do to help you (only if you want that)? If not, no big deal, just offering.

Smartsheet needs a critical feature enhancement to align with industry-standard SaaS practices: grant System Administrators inherent visibility into and access to all workspaces within the organization. Currently, admins are severely limited in their ability to oversee and manage workspaces, relying entirely on individual workspace owners to grant access. This creates significant challenges for data governance, security audits, troubleshooting, and user support. In nearly every other SaaS platform, administrative roles have inherent oversight of the platform's data and resources. This is essential for effective administration and is a standard function of 99% of SaaS solutions.

Providing System Admins with the ability to view and access all workspaces, including the option to assign themselves or other users as needed, would dramatically improve Smartsheet's administrative capabilities. This would enable proactive management of data security, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and streamline troubleshooting and support processes. We urge Smartsheet to prioritize this feature request to empower administrators with the necessary tools to effectively manage their organization's Smartsheet environment.
