Re: Dynamic View - Visibility of Attachments & Comments
Currently, when an attachment is added to a comment in a Sheet or Source Report, it does not appear as an attachment in the associated Dynamic Views. Only attachments added to the ROW are shows in the Attachments in the Dynamic Views. I think it would be great if attachments added to comments also appeared in Attachments in the Dynamic Views.

@Genevieve P. / @Andrée Starå - We are coming up on the 1yr mark soon when this was stated as "ON ROADMAP", yet as of today, there is no update or progress that many of us who have voted/responded in this forum can rely on.
Can you please provide an ETA on this request before many of us lose faith and credibility in anything the Smartsheets staff claims for the Enhancements Section of your community?

Having to open each source sheet to have the conditional formatting update is not efficient.
The refresh on reports and dashboards do not update the conditional formatting for each row.
Every single sheet must be opened every day for them to display the correct colors (ex: 3 days away - blue, 1 day away - purple).
I log on and something "3 days overdue - red" is still showing "3 days away - blue", when I click the source sheet it quickly shows the wrong color then updates to the new color.
When I go back to the report, the row displays correctly - in this example it would show 3 days overdue - red color (rather than the incorrect: 3 days away - blue color, that had be displayed on the report before opened that single source sheet).
NEED A WAY TO APPLY CONIDITONAL FORMATTING TO REPORTS
or
NEED A WAY TO REFRESH ALL SOURCE SHEETS AT ONCE (so the reports and dashboards will have truly updated information from source sheets without having to manually open each one)

I must say, this is fairly basic option in almost all programs that I have worked with. It is very difficult to understand why something like this has been ignored for 9 years. The lack of response to simple requests by paying customers does little to endear us to the platform.

Smartsheet Integration with Microsoft Loop/Planner/To Do
My company recently started using Smartsheet. Honestly, I'm not impressed. I've noticed several basic features missing that have always been present in Excel, Planner, etc. For example, in Card View, I've found no way of renaming columns, as they're all titled after whatever icon set has been chosen.
So, I'd prefer to stick with my ADHD-friendly Loop/Planner/To Do. It permits me to easily lay out project plans, share them in Teams meetings without having others actually use Loop, and add tasks that appear automatically in my Planner and To Do lists. I need to be able to see a list of my tasks without digging through a spreadsheet, and they need to be able to sort by date and importance.
What I would like to do is manage my Smartsheet tasks from Planner. Creating a task in Planner would create an identical task in Smartsheet. Adjusting something in Smartsheet would adjust it in Planner.
Does Smartsheet have an API or connector that can accomplish this? I've seen so many sing this service's praises, and I'm just not seeing it.

Conditional Formatting in Edit Mode
When using the "edit" (form) function on a row it would be helpful to have the conditional formatting show within the edit mode, so folks using the edit-form function can see the conditional formatting as it does not show up, or have a way to add "text" within the conditional formatting setup. For example - if I am using conditional formatting to indicate "x" cells should not be completed if "x" is selected from a drop-down in another column, as they should not fill any text within the "greyed" out cell(s). The greyed out cells should either show in the "edit" view function and/or there should be an option to add text to the conditional formatting to say indicate "N/A".

Form Ranking
Need a way to poll participants and have them be able to select their top five topics in order of most importance. For instance, if you have 10 potential topics of interest and you would like your participants to indicate what their top 5 priority topics are. From this information, we want to know what are the topics of most interest to the majority and what their priority ranking is. So we can then determine what topics should be covered next. It would be nice to have more robust form logic/options to be able to do more surveys/form collection in Smartsheet instead of Qualtrics.

I'd like to echo this request if you could please forward to the Product team. We are utilizing this Docusign workflow to obtain customer approval on change requests that sometimes cost millions of dollars. We would like the option to include CAD documents/ppts row attachments in the Docusign pdf, or alternatively, if that's not possible at least have them as an attachment in the email.
