Feature Request: Enhanced Ctrl+F Highlight for Smartsheet
Dear Smartsheet Team,
We want to suggest an enhancement to the Ctrl+F (Find) functionality within Smartsheet. Currently, when using Ctrl+F, it can sometimes be difficult to immediately spot the highlighted search result, especially in larger sheets.
We propose that when a search result is found, the outline of the cell containing the text changes to a sharp, contrasting color and blinks. This would significantly improve visibility and user experience by making the found instance much more noticeable.
Internally, we're calling this the "Blink Effect" or, as a bit of an inside joke, the "AJ Effect"—your phone rep actually encouraged me to suggest the latter as a potential name, saying your R&D department has a great sense of humor and might even give me credit for the feature!

Thank you @jmyzk_cloudsmart_jp…the URL is created in our Filemaker Database so if this change ends up being permanent I'll have to reformat the date at that end. Per the post Andree forwarded, it looks like others are having similar issues so hopefully we'll see a fix soon.

Thank you for your feedback on the recent sheets folder changes. I understand these changes to your workflows have been frustrating, and I want to provide clarity on our reasoning and next steps.
Why we made this change: Based on customer research, we identified several pain points with the sheets folder:
- It had become an overwhelming, disorganized repository mixing useful and outdated assets
- New users found it confusing (why does it exist separately from workspaces?)
- The "Sheets" name was misleading since it contained multiple asset types
- Large sheets folders caused slow loading times and platform stability issues
What's next: We're taking your feedback seriously and adjusting our approach. In the coming weeks, we'll share our updated strategy for the sheets folder and specific timeline for improvements. We recognize this change disrupted established workflows, and we're committed to providing better solutions to serve our customers.

@pbartlett117 This formula would work, =COUNTIFS([Study Number]:[Study Number], CONTAINS("UE", @cell ), Species:Species, "Rat")
HOWEVER, that assumes that the cells containing "rat" don't contain any hidden characters or spaces. Which, being this is a free text field it's possible. also possible if you copy and pasted the date in from somewhere else.
So… to troubleshoot you could clear out a rat cell (sounds like a lab procedure ha ha) and retype it to see if that's the case. OR you could take the less precise route and use contains to search for rat…
=COUNTIFS([Study Number]:[Study Number], CONTAINS("UE", @cell ), Species:Species, contains("Rat",@cell))

You are also referencing entire columns with your test data in the middle of the sheet. Try applying a filter that matches the same ranges and criteria as your formula to see if maybe there is a third row somewhere that fits.

Thanks for the extra options, @StevenBlackburn - sounds like I've got the best solution I can ask for within Smartsheet's capabilities right now.
We'll talk with the team to see how they want to share this. We'll have a couple people who will need to prepare and submit these reports (including new hires), so we want to make sure the steps are easy enough for everyone to pick it up and run with it.
Hopefully I can convince them to share it as an image within Outlook and we can go from there. :)

Re: Increasing the number of Attachments when submitting a form...
It would be very beneficial to allow people creating forms to have multiple document submission fields. I need people to be able to submit a photo in one part of the form and a written doc in another part. As there's no easy way to make this work I have to use an outside tool then copy the information into Smartsheet. It's very cumbersome and certainly slows down my workflow.

I’ve tested and confirmed the expected behaviour on my end.
If the calendar is added to the web content widget using the link next to “Share Via Link”, that calendar will show in the dashboard to any users that the calendar is shared directly to - the users must be added in the “Allow Emails/Domains” box in the Share Calendar window above the Sharing link. If no users are listed in that box, any user other than the Calendar owner that views the dashboard will see the Calendar App home page - a list of all the calendars they are shared to.
If the calendar is added to the web content widget using the link next to “Publish Via Link”, all users viewing the dashboard will be able to view the calendar on the dashboard.
Therefore the resolution is to either use the sharing link in the web content widget and add emails/domains into the Allow Emails/Domains box in the Share Calendar window, or to use the publish link in the web content widget.

If you’re seeing behaviour that differs from what I’ve described above (for example, if you are the Calendar owner and you're still seeing the Calendar App home page - the list of all calendars you're shared to), please open a Support ticket so the team can investigate further.

You can share at sheet or report level depending on your setting and filter you have set.
