Move all tasks to new column, not just Parent cards!
I primarily work in card view, running the project via Scrum methodology. When I move level 1 cards into the 'done' column, it doesnt move the level 2 subtasks into 'done' as well. This is an expected outcome for Smartsheets, but I'd argue that when working in card view, you would only move parent card into 'done' when all the subtasks are complete too. So in cases where you have a few subtasks to update which would complete the overall card, just moving the parent card into the done column should also update the level 2 subtasks into done too.

Re: Can I pull in information from one sheet to another when there are multiple matches?
Hello @tmd1993 ,
It sounds like your Primary sheet is functioning as intended.
Your Secondary sheet challenges sound two-fold:
1) Identify unique Event by Office Location.
2) Aggregate Budget vs Spend by Office Location.

Re: Mouse-over / Alt-text to Dashboard Widgets
Idea: enable "mouse over" functionality on dashboards.
For example, an explanatory field (black box) could be activated by a "mouse over" over an info field (i) (green circle). Example see screenshot

Re: Change color of milestones in Gantt
Great idea! We use the colors of the bars to indicate different modules, which is super helpful. If we could change the color of the milestone it would help to differentiate different types of milestones.

Re: Change color of milestones in Gantt
Is there any reason why this cannot be done and what is the likelihood of this happening in 2025? I see it was asked for as long ago as 2022

Re: new project using the control center: the move / copy rows have to point to new sheets created
We absolutely need this ability in Control Center. Without this functionality, the ability to use Move or Copy row automations within any projects provisioned by control center is effectively eliminated. It isn't sustainable to go into each asset in the newly provisioned project and update the destination sheet for every Move/Copy automation. Ability to lock a user into an assigned "user type" within the new user subscription model
As an organization with an enterprise account over 30,000+ employees system admins need to have the final say if a user should be considered a paid member OR a viewer (free). I understand that we can do this review during the true up period but with that many users its a maintenance nightmare when users who are NOT a system admin get to decided if a user becomes provisioned over and over again via sharing vs a system admin locking a users account into a user type.

Filter option for all Incoming Dates (or Outgoing Dates)
It'll be super helpful for our Schedule Owners to have Filter for all Incoming (or Outgoing) dates when they have many incoming dates in their schedule. (Sometimes those are start datesโฆ but some are in deadlines etc. )
I know if we add helper column to capture that we can do that, but it adds additional steps and more columns to updateโฆ. just want to capture Cell linked dates.

Conditional Formatting Task Bar options
Allow conditional formatting of the Task Bar even if the entire row is not selected for formatting. Currently if I format an entire row with Navy fill based on it being a parent - because in the Grid/Gantt view I want easy identification of parent rows - the fill carries over into the Gantt and I have to select a different Task Bar color so that it doesn't blend in with the Navy fill of the full row. It also makes the Gantt an eyesore. As as workaround I have to create 2 conditional formatting rules, one to fill only the actual fields I want highlighted in the grid, and another at the entire row level with no fill and the Task Bar color selected as Navy. Having the ability to select task bar color even when I've not applied formatting to an entire row would save the rework
