Re: March Question of the Month - Join the conversation and receive a badge
I would LOVE the skill to balance all the variables needed to improve my health. Between being a single parent, working a full-time job, having a teenager in HS with 1 foot out the door to college, the financial cost for medical/dental to know exact diagnosis or what to work on, cost to buy healthy food, time to exercise, time to go to medical appointments, time to cook, even time that passes as I age and my family as a priority (always ensuring my son's health and wellness is in line before mine), it's hard to find that balance to live a healthier life.
Re: Creating a collection from a folder is now here!
Thanks for the good news @John Hieger. However, it's sad to learn that I cannot use this lovely feature as it's avaialable with Enterprise plan only, while mine is a Business plan. :(

Re: The ability to omit blank fields in email notifications
Would like the option to make a message include "all non-blank fields" as we have large intake forms and sheets with 150+ columns, and our only options for automations is All Fields which is so large we have to send as an update request, or Select specific fields to cover all possible scenarios which still can be 80+ fields, also having to be sent as an update request.

Re: The ability to omit blank fields in email notifications
Bumping this thread because this feature so ridiculously obviously needed. For the love of logic, please implement the ability to "Omit Blank Fields" from automated alerts/update requests! This is an embarrassing shortcoming for Smartsheet and its users.

Re: The ability to omit blank fields in email notifications
The title says it all. The empty fields are an eyesore/unprofessional looking. Please add this feature to address a glaring shortcoming for SS and its users. Thank you!!

Print directly from attachment view?
Hi Smartsheet, Not sure if this is possible but it would save some clicks if there was an option to print directly from the Sheet Attachment view. Screenshots below.

Re: Creating a collection from a folder is now here!
Is there an example of how the recipient of the collection views the collection? Or are the shared items dispersed into "Sheets". I am interested in the available options for my end users/ customers on how they get to the items shared to them.
What is the best practice for my 'Viewers' and 'Guests' to keep access to items/ organize their access? Right now it seems shared end users have to navigate through an ungrouped/unfiltered/ unsorted folder of all shared items under "Sheets".
As far as 'Guests' go, I am only aware of customers saving/bookmarking links. Is there a way to 'portal-ize' their access?

一つのタスクバーに対して、タスク全体の色ではなく、特定の期間だけ色を変更することはできますか?
例えば、1年間のタスクバーがあったとして、11月、12月分だけ赤色にしたいです。

3 Levels of Hierarchy?
I am building a workspace with 3 separate levels: Master Overview Dashboard, 3+ team dashboards, & 5+ representative dashboards per team. I want the individual representative to be able to input data via a form and have control to edit a few columns.
Each rep will "own" the data they input. Only want that data to flow to team & master. There will be a few checkboxes for each row of data as well as a couple dropdown boxes.
I want each team dashboard to consolidate the individual rep data and have a "team overview" that will look slightly different from the reps dashboard.
The master dashboard will only show the teams combined data as a whole.
Biggest concern is the addition of new rep dashboards over time. Want the easiest process of adding new rep, associating them with a specific team statically, and having that data flow up to the master.
Start at the top and flow down or down to up?

Re: Auto Refresh of Published Dashboards
I'd also love this feature. We currently have our Smartsheet account representatives on site and they had a link with a dashboard, that they had to manually refresh to see the new results.
What if, published dashboards just auto-refreshed at a certain rate.
