Re: Provide users with the ability to Print a Grouped Report
When will this issue be addressed? It's a major stumbling block to not be able to export a pdf of a report or dashboard as you see it on screen. Conditional formatting and grouping is lost in the translation.
Is there a way to change the highlighting color when using the FIND functionality?
Currently when we use "FIND" on a page, it highlights the cell in the found results in white? They can be a little hard to find on a sheet. Is there a way to change the color it uses to highlight the cell? Or can it highlight the word or change the text color on that word?
Thanks!
Re: Thin Blue Line Cell Highlight Hard to Find
Has this concern ever been addressed or corrected?
Re: Table view initial release is now generally available for all customers!
Is there a video tutorial of the features?

How can I get the images to show in a column?
Show Sheet Owners whether the people they are sharing to are members, provisional members, or viewer
With the new changes to the licensing model for Smartsheet, there will be an impact from sheet admins/owners sharing their sheets to users who are not licensed. Unfortunately, the sheet owners have no way of knowing which of the collaborators are already licensed.
I propose a feature where licensed users can see the license status of individuals when sharing their sheets. This would help users identify who already has a license and avoid unnecessary provisional licensing. When users go to share a sheet, there should be some kind of indicator (a check mark or something) next to the names/icons of those who have a license, similar to the way that when you are sharing a sheet, you can tell whether the user has an account based on their icon appearing.
This would allow sheet owners/admins to self serve and take responsibility for the license impact of their usage.
Re: Allow multiple contacts per cell AND Restrict to list values only - Not Working
Hi Genevieve,
Voila! That is the answer! I would have never guessed at that sequence, so I really appreciate your response :)
So, to summarize, the steps are:
- Enter Contacts into the Contact List (If you have any in your My Smartsheet Contacts list or elsewhere on the sheet, they will already show in this list. I will call this the "general contact list".
- For each Contact, that you want to be part of the "Restrict to list values only" list, you must now "Click" on each one of them.
- When done, each of the Contacts you clicked on (from the "general" list), will now be part of the "restrictive" list.
From a visual perspective, here is what the "general" Contact List looks like:
This is what the "selected" (restrictive) list looks like:
With the only visual difference being that the "general list" appears to "pop-over" the chosen/restrictive list (just a little bit) (highlighted in yellow below):
Thanks!
Paul
Re: New streamlined creation experience
I'd like to echo all of the above feedback. It's been pretty clear to me that your designers and product managers may not have the strongest understanding of their different users and their interactions with Smartsheet. I'm still scratching my head on how the 'favorites' icon is 6th out of 9 on the sidebar list. Side note, I only found this because I'm (still) searching for the value-add for worksapps/collections.
Re: Text Wrapping on Report Group Headings
It would be nice to be able to text-wrap the group names above the primary column so they aren't cut off.
