Re: Option to Toggle off Admins Receiving Access Request Notifications
We are getting flooded with access requests with new updates to asset ownership since Admins are now being alerted. We have many workspaces where users have admin access so that they have the full control to add/edit/delete sheets and make all changes within the sheet (add/delete/edit/reorder columns, etc.). These users are not Admins to control access. Only the workspace owners should be doing that. We would like the ability to specify that Admins do not receive access requests and instead have multiple owners who will handle access requests. Thank you.
Copy horizontal cells and paste vertically
It would be helpful to be able to copy horizontal cells in a row and past them vertically in a column. Sometimes when we get a lot of information from a form submission we need to be able to reorganize the data that comes through, and being able to format some of the data vertically within a column would be helpful.
Re: Adding Column Descriptions to Reports
This would be a game-changer!!! Please prioritize this enhancement.

Particularly useful when a report has more than one user group / audience

Re: Adding Column Descriptions to Reports
Column descriptions from sheets should also be visible on all reports using that column. It is important information for anyone using a report, just as it is for those viewing a sheet. Thank you
Re: Rich Text formatting in cells
Would like to be able to format only specific text within a cell. For instance make certain words bold, add bullet points to only specific parts of the cell etc.
Re: Rich Text formatting in cells
In case anyone is collecting requirements from this thread, below is my wishlist for Rich Text edits within cells in sheets:
- Hyperlinking multiple strings
- Eg. This thread is a part of Smartsheet Discussions.
- Formatting:
- Bold,
- Italic,
- Underline,
- Strikethrough
- Text color
- Bullets
Thanks for listening.
Re: COUNTIFS Struggle – Need a Hand!
Your formula is close. Your syntax for the OR is just a bit off is all.
=COUNTIFS({Range}, OR(HAS(@cell, [Column2]1), HAS(@cell, [Column4]1), HAS(@cell, [Column5]1)))
You can also simplify a bit by specifying that we count everything that is not [Column3]1
=COUNTIFS({Range}, NOT(HAS(@cell, [Column3]1)))
It can be even more simplified if you are not referencing a multi-select dropdown by looking for equal or not equal to.

Re: COUNTIFS Struggle – Need a Hand!
Hi @fiorellag
Please try the following formula:
=SUM(COUNT(COLLECT({TBD RMT Range 1}, {TBD RMT Range 1}, [Column2]1)), COUNT(COLLECT({TBD RMT Range 1}, {TBD RMT Range 1}, [Column4]1)), COUNT(COLLECT({TBD RMT Range 1}, {TBD RMT Range 1}, [Column5]1)))
The key difference is that we need to sum all the matching values being found.
Hope this helps.
Re: Recommended changes for Resource Manager
Completely agree with the Allocation Heatmap idea. You have my vote!
