Agree, plus alot of companies allocate licenses (memberships) at the cost center level and those costs cant be incurred without prior approval.

Can we get an explexplanation on why this request has been put on the back burner? SSFeatures has been able to code it, why can't Smartsheet? Yes, I could purchase the SSFeatures, but I pay enough to Smartsheet to where I don't feel like I should have to pay another party for the capability to print a report.

Having recently lost quite a bit of data due to a form not submitting after hitting the 'submit' button - please implement this feature for desktop users. I am a bit baffled that the ability to save progressively was implemented for mobile users over a year ago but we haven't seen this much-needed feature on the desktop version.

Re: Expand All/Collapse All Default View Setting
It would be helpful if sheet users could create, store, and share customizable views within the sheets, similar to filters.
I'm NOT referring to views such as grid, Gantt, cards, etc. This is different.
For example, I have a Schedule template with 300+ rows. Current functionality allows me to Expand / Collapse All, but I often want different - some expanded & some collapsed, not by hierarchy level, but something I can change to make pertinent to 'what I care about today'.
Think about project phases, e.g. Exploring, Initiating, Planning, Procuring, Executing, Closing, and Monitoring & Controlling, a category of activities. In the beginning of a project I may want to customize a view where Initiating is fully expanded, Planning is partially expanded, and all other phases are collapsed.
View setup would be manual, not rules-based - adjust your sheet the way you want to view it and then 'push a button' to freeze, name, & store that as a view that you and other sheet users could return to. Once applied, the user would then be free to manually expand or collapse any of the levels and potentially freeze / create additional views.

I agree that the current option of having to "collapse all" via dropdown is too cumbersome. Please make this problem go away.

Re: Improved User Auto-Provisioning
Its kinda ridiculous that nothing exists to allow auto-provisioning of groups from your IdP or an ability to create a dynamic group which has a heuristic to allow membership to be calculated on the fly.
The API solution was something I had considered but this seems like a built in feature.
Love to know where/if this is on the roadmap??
