Why can we still not assign multiple resources to a task?
How in the world is there still not a way to assign multiple team members to a single task? This is such an essential feature to my company (and I would imagine many others), that not having it available basically makes Smartsheets useless for us. Customizing the Zendesk Ticket Log
I've installed the azuquaΒ app that connects zendesk to smartsheetΒ and can see the new tickets feeding through. I want to customise the ticket fields that come through so they only show the info (including custom fields) that I want the team to see. I can't find any info on this. Please help!!
