It would be great if Discussions could be moved to the side of the screen so you can collaborate and communicate with colleagues whilst still working on sheets.
Target Communications
How about introducng the conept of targeted comms within Smartsheet. For example if you @ mention a collaborator anywhere within a sheet they will receive some form of notification either via email or a pop-up within Smartsheet.
